I'm an accountant with a heart. I'm a therapist with an eye for business. I love influencing company cultures so that relationships are more real, collaboration is maximised and innovative ideas flow and are supported. I believe that Conscious Business/Social Business is the future.

My name is Lasairfhiona, but this has been shortened to "Lasy" - except for my Mum when she was angry. I am the Finance Director, so I get to say "no" a lot. I am also a Person Centred Therapist, so I hope I say "no" in the nicest possible way. I enjoy the strategic part of the job - looking at the potential for growth, prioritising the budget spend so that it is invested in both the employees and the long term future of the company. I am stimulated by working with Will and Tom because they are not just interested in profits, they care about how it feels to be part of their company on a day-today basis.

My greatest pleasure in life has changed from hanging out in the pubs with the lads (being the all-male Directors of big Post Production companies in London), to hanging out with the boys (being my hubby and sons); I love traveling (but now struggle with the ethical dilemma between lack of time and flying); My greatest privilege is working with clients in therapy.
