Consultant
Media and broadcast specialist, fascinated by the evolution of entertainment creation and consumption. I get excited by ideas, thinking big and connecting the dots. Kind to small creatures.
Every consultant at NixonMcInnes has a different blend of skills, passions and responsibilities. My blend looks like this: - I have a passion for broadcast and media, and how emerging technologies and behaviours are subverting and changing traditional models of entertainment. I've managed our relationship with Channel 4 for the last 4 years, and over that time I have worked with most departments within the broadcaster. I've loved watching such an innovative public service organisation adapt and move with the times over the years. - I love trying and learning new things and delving into the unknown. I was the first consultant at NixonMcInnes, and I have delivered some of our first social media consultancy projects. - And talking of newness, Ross and I are responsible for introducing new clients to NixonMcInnes. I just love getting to know the new people, their companies and industries, and matching them with the right talent and teams within NixonMcInnes. - I love working with our applied technology team, representing the client needs and getting stuck into the design process. The thing I will never get bored of is watching Steve, Edd and Ollie turn these into amazing technology experiences and solutions. - The culture at NixonMcInnes is really important to me. I feel very lucky getting to work with some of the smartest, funniest and nicest people I know every day. I also feel very grateful for the personal development we get here, not just skills-wise, but consistently being reminded to be a more open, honest, nice, interested and curious person.
