I am a Social Media Consultant and Project Manager here at NixonMcInnes. My role involves working with important brands to help them to listen to, understand and respond to the chatter and buzz about them that occurs in the farthest and nearest corners of the web using a range of tools and process. My goal is to provide our clients with the skills, reports & empowerment needed to get the best out of engaging with their online audience, ensuring they are speaking to the right people in the right places at the right time.

In addition to this, I am responsible for ensuring that projects run smoothly, processes and tools are used in the best way possible and that all parties work together happily to execute a successful project. The ultimate benefit of this is to ensure the service we provide to our clients is of the utmost quality.

I love...

Work: Seeing a successful project through to completion and, ultimately, a happy customer who has a smile on their face.

My second life: International development and Human Rights, food, music, sitting down in my studio with a pot of coffee for an evening writing music.

I hate...

Work: Not having everything tracked in one place. There’s nothing worse than trying to manage a bits and pieces task list held in various locations!

My second life: Injustice, really icky smelly shellfish, rain when I want to be outside!
