TEDx talk from Ross

A few months back I was invited to take part in TEDxSussexUniversity. This was super exciting as it was a big platform with some brilliant speakers, and also I had free reign on subject matter.

I decided to collect a number of thoughts I’d been having about devices, and the positive and negative possibilities they present for us humans, touching on:

  • What could these ‘magic wands’ offer us as super-humans?
  • Is usage of devices from an early age detrimental to our basic communication skills?
  • And what happens when the whole world has a device?

So, if you’re a fan of rambling ideas and oddly robotic voices, here’s the video:

Many thanks to the organisers, audience and other speakers for making it a great event to be a part of.
