The truth is we're a long way from really calling ourselves masters at this stuff. But it's good to know that we're heading in the right direction. A great place to start is reading Maverick by Ricardo Semler. This will get you inspired about organisational democracy. Traci Fenton from Worldblu is also writing a book about the subject which I hope will be more of a guide to making it work in your organisation. I wish we did have a recipe for success!
