		<description>Absolutely agree Tom, and one of the things I make sure happens when getting things off the ground. It makes perfect sense that someone from the marketing department is not best placed to answer a technical product a question - so why should they be put into a position where they have to (and therefore potentially return a duff answer).

I do see more and more people though, looking at social media from a wider company perspective which is encouraging.
