Bad internet buzzwords
James Lancaster, the business editor from The Argus, Brighton - our home City - biggest local newspaper, just called up to ask if we had any examples of internet jargon that particularly got up our noses.
This was in response to a YouGov survey highlighting the words that most people found irritating. Like any good PR-stunt survey, it caught people’s imagination, especially on the blogosphere (a word itself ranked in the top 10 of hated words!) - you can see the meme rippling across the web on Tailrank’s results page.
So what did we give James as the NM ‘we hate this buzzword’ tuppeneth, and why?
